The returning main character of the series, he is a complete and total idiot. He is an investigator and part-owner of the H&K Detective Agency and is constantly fighting to save the world from danger at the request of his main client, Fumiko Hagi.
He dropped out of high school, but is quite proficient at whistling after being shown how by Hyuuga. He is an excellent athlete and is also a fast learner, progressing to the point where he can easily read English newspapers after being taught by the butler, Munchausen the 44th.
